dacia was a large region north of the danube eventually bordering the province of sarmatia, and thus the scythians. dacians were known for their formidable infantry and weaponry that could cleave a man from his head to pelvis. they were some of the most technologically advanced people outside of the greco-roman world in europe. they influenced and were influenced by their neighbours thracians, illyrians, celts and scythians, and even greeks. but most heavily influenced by the migrant celts.

The Dacians did well until one day, the good ol' Roman Empire, deciding that since its coffers were empty, they HAD to destroy another country and pillage it. Like any empire does. So they made up some excuses and destroyed Dacia in two bloody wars.
